Natural fertilizer and biostimulant: feeding plants with soil bacteria
ALGOFERT-BIO® is a natural fertilizer of microbial origin and a biostimulant, developed at USTO-MB (Oran) from native Algerian PGPR bacteria.
A growth biostimulant
A biostimulant enhances the plant's natural processes: rooting, nutrient uptake and tolerance to stresses such as drought. PGPR bacteria are among the microbial biostimulants studied for these effects.
Suited to Algerian conditions
The strains come from Algerian soils and were tested on barley under rainfed conditions in El-Guettar (Relizane).
